How long does a consulting engagement take?

It depends on the engagement. The 90-Day Practice Launch is a three-month structured program. The Group Practice Full Launch is a 60-day engagement. One-time audits are typically delivered within 10 business days of the initial session. Add-on consulting engagements are scoped individually — most are completed within 2 to 4 weeks.

Can I start with just an add-on before committing to a full package?

Yes — add-on consulting engagements are designed specifically for this. You can start with a Google Business Profile setup, a Psychology Today profile optimization, or an intake process audit without committing to a larger engagement. Many clients use an add-on as a first step, then move into a core package once they see how the process works.

What is the difference between your admin support plans and consulting?

Admin support plans (Essential, Practice Support, Full Support) are ongoing weekly operational support — inbox management, scheduling, intake coordination, and insurance follow-up performed on your behalf on a recurring basis. Consulting is advisory and strategic — we build the systems, plans, and deliverables that your practice needs, but we are not the ones executing the day-to-day tasks. The two are complementary: many consulting clients transition into an ongoing admin support plan once the systems are built.

Do you offer consulting for therapists who are not yet licensed?

Yes, with some caveats. Pre-licensed therapists working toward associate licensure can use practice launch consulting for planning and preparation.
